The 3rd to 9th printings are currently unknown.

The 10th printing is identical to the 2nd printing, only has a cover price of $20.00 US / $24.00 CAD / 12.50 UK. The bar code is horizontal and an ISBN number is written horizontally above and below it. This copy states 10th printing August 1993.
