Wilmark Dynasty, Melanda: Land of Mystery

This is Wilmark's effort to enter the role playing market. Reportedly is quite good but they never got a foothold on the business to greatly expand on it.
Extensive rules describe the world of Melanda, the unique races of Melanda and character generation, rules for combat and adventuring, rules for magic and runes, creature catalogue, character sheets, and finally a short adventure called In Search of Starfax with an illustration of Tiki Gods AKU AKU on the cover page.

"Melanda was designed to emphasize the roleplaying aspect of gaming - the characterization, the interaction - featuring diceless character creation, a minimization of numbers, with a unique and incredibly efficient combat system, and a novel approach to spellcasting!  The system was designed to keep all mundane and numerical distractions to a minimum so players could concentrate on The Experience - which is what roleplaying is really all about!!" -- Days of Knights auction webpage.
