Of course, lots of other games were featured. You name the game system and
it was probably here. Play Snits Revenge with Jeff Dee. Participate in Runequest,
EPT, Metamorphosis Alpha, Gamma World, Top Secret, Boot Hill, etc. There were
definitely wargames played but it is clear these are on the down side at what has
become a Role Playing venue.

Convention organizers begin labeling each tourney according to the skill level of each event.
This is the first time they classified events this way.

Deites and DemiGods is released at this convention.

Special events include Jeff Perrin's 'Terminal Fantasy' (a miniature tourney where the defeated
minis are literally crushed with a hammer!) and 'The 4th Official Invitational AD&D Master's
Tourney' top players by invitation only judged by Brian Blume, Gary Gygax and Jim Ward behind
closed doors. Menzer's 'Investigation of Hydell' is used for this Masters Tourney.

Auction is hosted by Thom Wham and Bill Fawcett and over 6000 items are sold.
The usual movies are available, vendor booths have all of the usual reps, and the
usual banquet dinner with awards is offered.

Entry is $15 for all 4 days. Individual tourneys are $1 fee if prizes are offered. Gaming ran
on Saturday from 7am to Midnight.

Please write us with any more information. We are particularly
interested in hearing if any of the mentioned D&D scenerios ring a
bell with anyone with respects to later published modules by TSR or
other. Contact us.
