A PDF version was once available at the Wizards of the Coast website.
This title was never individually shrink-wrapped but they did come in shrink-wrapped bundles of 25 units.
A smaller version of this title (length 22.9cm, width 15.2cm, thickness 0.1cm - mass 34g) was included in the d20 Dice accessory (WOTC Item code: 882460000, release date: May-2001). Cover, product code and page count are identical but the text was updated with various changes & errata.

Large 2000 version – Magic Missile – This spell fires an energy arrow that automatically hits and deals 1 die of damage.
Small 2001 version – Magic Missile – This spell fires and energy arrow that automatically hits and deals one 4-sided die +1 of damage.
