I bet you guys are really busy. But I need to do this and I have no experience in doing so.

The easy way is to use a PDF generator that works as a printer driver.
Once it is installed, you open your .doc document, for example, and "print" to the PDF virtual printer. The result is a PDF file.
There's a quite good, free software to do that : pdf995
http://www.pdf995.com/download.html

The best results are usually achieve with Adobe Acrobat writer, though.
But try the easy way first... (There are a lot of other softwares, you might want to try to google something like pdf "virtual printer")

OK. I have downloaded it and uploaded a standard word document successfully.

I need to upload a drawing from photoshop and the printer box wont let me opt out into the pdf driver.....must keep looking.
