Have you made some new posts to the Reseach Forums? The volume of sub-forums and threads can be a little daunting and I know that it is nice to have others be aware of your contributions - no one wants their additions lost in the shuffle . . .

Feel free to post recent additions on this thread and/or link to them if you like!

If you get a chance, check out the good work Mars has done with Ragnarok already. It looks great.

I completed the Research Forum entries for the D&D Gazetteers. This was something I meant to do for all items . . . but I didn't have enough time.

This represents how I envision a completed Archive Entry will look: Some can look through the archives and see the page for a Gazetteer - they also have the option to "Discuss this item" with a link provided to the Research Forum page. Here is an ideal place to post new or additional info - different print runs, corrections to mistakes, clarificatons, historical tidbits, etc.

The Research Forum page shows the scans of the item and details and it also contains a link back to the archive page.

Here is a link to the Gazetteers in the TSR D&D Forums:

Nothing special here, but I thought I would note that I added two sub-forums:

Adventures in Mail in the "A" section which contains a play by mail RPG called Crasimoff's World and Thieves' World under Chaosium.

Did you click on Chaosium? There's a Thieves' World there. If it's a large product line, please move old post into your subcat.

Damn! It sounds kind of lame, but only the top 4 sub-categories appeared on my monitor screen . . . I didn't actually "scroll" down to see more. Embarassed

No really . . . that's my explanation.

Will fix . . .

I don't mean to stray further off-topic, but I have been using my crappy, back up monitor for the past 8 months . . . yes, it is a Sony Trinitron from my first computer in 1997 and it is a massive 14 inches!

I refuse to buy another monitor as I know I will end up getting a nice new one with whatever computer I get . . . whenever I get a new computer, that is . . . so I'm stuck with this tiny screen for awhile to come . . .

Well, we at least have someone testing the site through on 3rd world computer systems. Wink

You should also cross-link that forum from under FASA, too, so that folks looking there for Blue Camel, etc., can find their way to the TW section from either path they take. (Later, you'll want to link in the d20 Green Ronin publications, too, I imagine?).

Good idea, Allan. Both FASA and Green Ronin links have been added.

I added some various Palladium Rifts and Robotech items and Man to Man (which is the first GURPS release - actually, predating GURPS).

I have a whole stack of GURPS stuff to add as I get time . . .

Added a few more GURPS items that utilize themes out of fantasy writing:

http://tomeoftreasures.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=320

GURPS use of fictional settings that appeared in books or even TV was always one of the fascinating aspects of the supplements. They are great to read and interesting ways to incorporate a favorite story into a campaign using any ruleset.

I'll add GURPS Humanx and Riverworld later . . .
