This one is very cool. I am gonna give it a shot. I am not worried about anyone else in here bidding on them per se. But I think those brothers in our other forum prolly want it.... blues

I'm quite sure I've seen this on a cover. I'll dig a bit, Task Force Games has not produced that many books.

Still puzzled by Frank's early bid, but that's another story.

It is already up to $40. Are we experiencing a sharp trend upwards in the base value of NonTSR rares?

6 months ago it varied between $30-50+. This could be another $70+ auction.

Oh, and as an aside. Sometimes the language a person uses in their description makes me wonder who the heck they are. How is he so well informed on the hobby yet we never see him around the usual haunts?

The trend for non-TSR is dramatically rising since the last 4 years. I'm sure I've already told that a hundred times, but back in 2001, you could have most of these books for $5, especially if McDuff and McCullough were not interested. Kuo was beginning to move to LotR because he was thinking he could make more money than with RPG, and Frank was not into "cheap" generic at that time. Alas, my search list was very basic in 2001, and I'm sure I have missed a zillion of interesting stuff...

Are you the one who did contact the seller through ebay ? He's not of great help, though.

Damn, you've let the maps go for quite cheap. I can't complain about the cards, I was ready to pay more...

I blew it. Crying or Very sad

I have gotten way too busy negotiating with Jim Holloway for the purchase of some of his original art.

I am putting my D&D gaming material collecting on hold from here on out with few exceptions.

Sorry dude!!

Mine...

With a typo in title and description, and tradervale never written correctly, maybe I have a chance to have it for cheap. Too bad the seller also have a couple of Bunnies & Burrows, that might attract unwanted attention once more.

BClarkie has thrown a lot of $$$ after nice collectibles in the recent months. Quite surprising to me, but well informed. Hope he isn't spending a heritage or something...
