This may or may not be how it was issued. It was produced on a copier, but has sticker residue on the front. Any info would be appreciated.

I was not quite how it was originally issued. It should have a greyish cover. The pages in the folder are authentic interior pages but they are missing the maps.

The original version is also called "In Quest of the Hand of Vecna" but was then changed to "The Serpent of Me'Tal". I have a bunch more info to post on this one.
