The $300 copy at GenCon last year was better and either of the $1k+ copies there this year (should've jumped those, Al?) would suggest $400-500 tops for this one were I buying. Somewhat more than for a three-hole punched Tsojconth, perhaps?
What you see is confirmation of something that was suggested a few years ago, namely, that the orange Greyhawk Reference sheets were distributed to customers who ordered both a boxed set (3rd Woody) and a Greyhawk (2nd print by now). This is exactly the set I have. We should probably differentiate the 3rd Woody from the 3rd Woody + Greyhawk somewhere as it's a different animal. _________________ "This is cool."

Yes. When I got my 3rd woody it had the 2nd Greyhawk and the orange sheets in with it. Allan had pointed me to a link where some of the old TSR staff mentioned that the orange sheets were added to the boxed sets when the customer had also ordered Greyhawk at the same time. That means that the 3rd woody + 2nd Greyhawk is really a separate item as indicated by the presence of the orange reference sheets. _________________ "This is cool."
